& Rural Affairs (DAERA) for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order
1999 to make a discharge of Site Drainage into the Waterway arising from a
construction of a new quay & cruise terminal situated at D3 Quay, Airport
Road West, Belfast, County Antrim, BT3 9LF.
