HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag cerdded ar hyd y darn o Lwybr Troed 22/15 (yn rhannol) a nodir yng Ngholofn 1 o'r Atodlen i'r Hysbysiad hwn i gyfeiriad heblaw'r hwnnw a nodir yng Ngholofn 2 o’r Atodlen ddywededig.
Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym i sicrhau diogelwch wrth i waith gael ei wneud i sefydlogi'r arglawdd y tu ôl i Waith Trin Dŵr Gwastraff Talacharn ar hyd Llwybr Troed 22/15 (yn rhannol).
Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ar 22 Mehefin 2026 ac yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n fwy na 6 mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sy’n digwydd gyntaf.
Lle bo'n briodol, gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd dros dro barhau mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n fwy na chwe mis oni bai bod Llywodraeth Cymru yn rhoi cyfarwyddyd o dan adran 15(5) o Ddeddf 1984 i ymestyn y cyfnod cau.

The County of Carmarthenshire
(Public Footpath 22/15 (Part), Laugharne Town)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Footpath 22/15 (Part) specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice in a direction other than that specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
The proposed Order will continue in force to allow safe working of the embankment stabilisation behind Laugharne Waste Water Treatment Works along the length of Footpath 22/15 (Part).
It is intended that the works will commence on 22nd June 2026 and will remain in place for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
Where appropriate, temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months unless the Welsh Government give a direction under Section 15(5) of the 1984 Act to extend the duration of the closure.
