(Temporary Car Park Closure) Order 2026

The North Ayrshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order. The two Car Parks within West Road, Irvine (between Mure Church and Low Green Road) will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday 4th February 2026 to 8pm on Sunday 31st May 2026 or until the Fire Damaged Building clearance works are complete, whichever is earlier. No alternative parking available for vehicles.

Low Green Road and West Road, Irvine (from Ivybank Vets to Royal Mail Sorting Office) will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday 4th February 2026 to 8pm on Sunday 31st May 2026 or until the Fire Damaged Building clearance works are complete, whichever is earlier.
