Notice of Cancellation pursuant to
section 5 of the Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has,
pursuant to the Co-operative and Community
Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the
registration of Somerset Country Markets Limited
(Register no. 19315 R) the registered office of
which is at Dunston House, Dunston Road,
Chesterfield, S41 9QD at its request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a
registered society, but without prejudice to any
liability incurred by the society, which may be
enforced against it as if such cancellation had not
taken place. Date: 8 April 2026
