This the annual, sold out, end of year ball for Exeter University students at Shobrooke Park. 1. THE BUILD / BREAK PHASES - Build - Friday 22nd May – Friday 29th May / Break – Sunday 31st May – Wednesday 3rd June 2.
EVENT DAY - SATURDAY 30th MAY -
Event Live: 17:00 – 02:30
Sound Checks: Commencing from 15:00.
Taxi drop off from 16:00 at North Lodge.
Buses: Arrivals from 16:45 running until 21:00. Departures from 21:00 until 03:30 (approx). Roads: The road around the south and east of the site will be ONE WAY from Creedy Bridge to the A3072 via Shobrooke cross, from 16:00 until 03:00 as per traffic order - TTRO2668759
A noise management company will be visiting various ‘noise sensitive’ locations as identified in the noise management plan and those specified on the premises license – MDV PR0486
