INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION

AND CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that Ballymacanally Farm Ltd has applied to the Chief Inspector for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Permit P0637/26A to operate an installation involving the intensive rearing of poultry with a capacity of 110,000 broilers. The installation is located at 30 Lisnasure Road, Donaghcloney, BT66 7NN.

The application contains all particulars as required by the Regulations including a description of foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

A copy of the application is available for public inspection free of charge, to view / download, on the DAERA website at

https://public-registers.daera-ni.gov.uk/pollution-prevention-control.
