MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER
THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MILTON KEYNES (MOULSOE FOOTPATH 14 (PART)) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2022

On the 12th of May 2026, Milton Keynes City Council confirmed the above order without modification
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the existing route for Moulsoe Footpath 14 is currently A-B-C as shown by a bold black continuous line on the Order map. The route travels from point A (OS Grid Reference SP 88102 41636) in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 206 metres to point B (OS Grid Reference SP 88260 41766), then in a generally north north easterly direction for 274 metres until point C (OS Grid Reference SP 88318 42034). The current route has a length of 480 metres with a width of 1 metre.
The proposed diversion for Moulsoe Footpath 14 shall be A-D-E-F-C as shown by a bold black dashed line on the Order map. The route will travel from point A (OS Grid Reference SP 88102 41636) in a generally north easterly direction for 325 metres until point D (OS Grid Reference SP 88212 41925), then in a generally north westerly direction for 136 metres until point E (OS Grid Reference SP 88147 42030), then in a generally north westerly direction for 11 metres until point F (OS Grid Reference SP 88154 42039), then in a generally easterly direction for 168 metres to terminate at point C (OS Grid Reference SP 88318 42034).
The alternative way will have a length of approximately 640 metres and a width of 3 metres throughout.

and on public display within a window marked Public Notices, located to the far left of the frontage of Milton Keynes City Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at the price of £3.00 by writing to Legal Services, Milton Keynes City Council, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ, enclosing a cheque made payable to Milton Keynes City Council. Please quote reference PE-ZD-33446.
This Order comes into effect on the date on which Milton Keynes City Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied in relation to the confirmation of the Order, they may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
