Brodick Hall, Arran - Public Consultation Meeting on Ferry Service Plans
What is happening?
Caledonian MacBrayne
CalMac to host public consultation meeting
What: Consultation meeting about future Brodick - Ardrossan/Troon vessel deployment options
When: Tuesday 26 May Where: Brodick Hall
Time: 4.30–7.30pm.
In December 2025, Caledonian MacBrayne published its baseline Vessel Deployment, Disposal and Cascade Plan (VDD&CP), which sets out how we will modernise our fleet, improve service delivery, and support communities through to 2028.
CalMac will be hosting a public consultation on Arran relating to the future vessel deployment for the island. We want to shape the final version of the plan through meaningful engagement and consultation with the local community.
This event will give you the chance to share your priorities regarding your ferry service. All affected communities, whether directly or indirectly by vessel cascade or deployment, will be consulted before any final decisions are made.
Please join us at this event - for more info, or if you cannot attend but would like to share your views, please email arranvesseldeployment@calmac.co.uk by 16 June 2026.
