A Marine Licence application has been made by Northern Ireland Fishery Harbour Authority to dispose of 24,999 metric tonnes of dredged material from Kilkeel Inner Harbour (Latitude: 54.059791 Longitude: -5.9931225) at sea.
Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and controls the deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
