Notice is hereby given that the landowner of the small parcel of land (approx 2.59 m x 2.93 m / 7.59 m²) to be incorporated into the residential curtilage of No. 3 Stoneham Close.
We are seeking to establish the identity of the lawful owner(s) of the said property.
Any person or persons claiming to be the owner(s) of, or having any legal interest in, the above-mentioned land are hereby requested to come forward and make themselves known, with the appropriate documentation.
Such claims should be submitted in writing, together with supporting evidence of ownership or interest, within 28 days from the date of publication of this notice.
