(PUBLIC FOOTPATH AE415 (PART) SMEETH)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2026
The above-named Order made on 6 May 2026 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the entire width of that length of Public Footpath numbered AE415 which commences on the unaffected length of Public Footpath AE415 at NGR TR 0736 3971 (Point A) and runs in a south-southeast then southeast direction for 71 metres to NGR TR 0741 3966 (Point B) and then east-northeast for 292 metres to its connection with the unaffected length of Public Footpath AE415, AE411 and AE421 at NGR TR 0766 3982 (Point C) and will add a new length of Public Footpath numbered AE415, with a width of 2.0 metres, which commences at the previously mentioned point A and runs in an east-northeast then northeast direction for 311 metres to a new connection with Public Footpath AE411 at NGR TR 0761 3989 (Point D).

Any representation about or objection to the Order must be sent or delivered in writing to Laura Wilkins at the Kent County Council (address as below; email as above) no later than Friday 12 June 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Kent County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2026
The above-named Order made on 29 April 2026 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish the entire width of that length of Public Footpath numbered AT89A, which commences at its connection with Public Footpath AT245 at NGR TQ 9029 2828 (point A) and runs north, north north-west, and north, then east and north-east for 278 metres to its termination at NGR TQ 9019 2850 (point B), as shown between points A-B on the Order plan.

Notice of the making of an Order to temporarily close Bridleway EE233 in the Parish of Worth

(Prohibition Of Traffic) Temporary Order 2026
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
Kent County Council has made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily close Public Bridleway EE233 from the Pumping Station adjacent to Restricted Byway EE495 to the northern end of South Stream, from the 20 May 2026.
The path will be closed for a maximum of six months.
The path is closed because of damage to the surface of the bridleway.
The alternative route is via The Environment Agency track and will be signed for the duration of the closure.
