What is happening?
TAKE NOTE THAT William Matthew Robinson and Margaret Irene Eleanor Robinson both of 233 Hillsborough Road, Lisburn, Co Down BT27 5RJ have applied to the Land Registry under Section 53 of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 to be registered as full owners of the land comprised in the above folios. Any person objecting to compliance with the application should write to The Register of Titles, Land Registry, 7 Lanyon Place, Belfast BT1 3LP WITHIN 28 DAYS of the publication of this notice, setting out valid grounds of objection.
The County, Folio Numbers and Application Number must be quoted on all correspondence.
Unless any objection stating sufficient grounds is so lodged, registration may be effected pursuant to the application.
