LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A)
Notice is hereby given that Lancaster City Council intends to dispose of the following open space land and properties by way of leases for terms of 125 years. Details of which are set out below:-
• Wyresdale Lodge, Williamson Park, Wyresdale Road, Lancaster LA1 3DY.
• Highfield Lodge, Williamson Park, Wyresdale Road, Lancaster LA1 3JT.
Copies of the plan showing the area of land in question may be viewed in Lancaster Town Hall, receptions during normal office hours free of charge.
Any objections to the intended transactions must be made in writing and addressed to:
Chief Officer (Housing and Property), Lancaster City Council, Town Hall, Dalton Square, LANCASTER, LA1 1PJ By no later than 9 am Friday 28th May 2026
