NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to enter a Deed of Easement relating to a Sud’s facility: LAND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BRETTELL LANE, BRIERLEY HILL A plan showing the land affected may be inspected at the main noticeboard in the main foyer area of The Council House, Priory Road, Dudley, DY1 1HF between 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday.
Objections to the proposed Deed of Easement should be sent to me at the under mentioned address, quoting reference: 05186/VJ, by no later than Monday 18th May 2026.
