NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is currently considering disposal of the freehold interest in approximately 1574.0 m² of land off Mellish Avenue, West Bromwich, shown edged red on Plan Number SAM/32375/001, a copy of which can be obtained upon request.
