As Joint Liquidators of the company, we hereby
give notice that we intend to make distributions to
its creditors. The last date for proving is 4 May
2026 and creditors of the company should by that
date send their full names and addresses and
particulars of their debts or claims to me, Derek
Hyslop of Ernst & Young LLP, Atria One, 144
Morrison Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EX.
The intended distributions are final distributions
and may be made without regard to any claims not
proved by 4 May 2026. Creditors who have not
proved their debts by that date, or who increase
the claim in their proof after that date, will not be
entitled to disturb the intended final distributions.
