Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Sunderland propose to dispose of an 2 areas of land situate at Smith Street South, Ryhope, Sunderland presently held by the Council for open space purposes.
Plans showing the land and a brief statement of reasons are available to be examined free of charge by appointment at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA Please email statutoryorders
to arrange an appointment to view the documents.
Written objections to the proposals together with the grounds on which they are made should either be addressed to the Assistant Director of Law and Governance, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA or emailed to Janine Schaffrath
before 16th April 2026.
