NOTICE is hereby given under section 123 (1) (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that Mid Sussex District Council (“the Council”) proposes to dispose of a parcel of open space land at Clair Hall, Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 3DN (“the Open Space Land”) being the land forming part of the title registered with HM Land Registry under title number: WSX288106. A plan can be inspected at the Council’s office reception desk at Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1SS, during normal business hours, which shows the extent and location of the Open Space Land, or by email from
or by calling 01444 477577. Any person who wishes to object to this proposal should give their reasons in writing to me the undersigned by 12 noon on Friday 24 April 2026 quoting the reference below. Any objections received by that date will be considered by the Council in deciding whether to proceed with the disposal.
