Notice is hereby given that on 20 March 2026, a certified copy of the order of the Court of Session dated 19 March 2026 (the “Order”) sanctioning a scheme of arrangement pursuant to Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the “Scheme”) between D.C. Thomson & Company Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1862 to 1900 (company number SC005830) with its registered office at Courier Buildings, 2 Albert Square, Dundee, Scotland, DD1 9QJ (the “Company”) and the DCT Scheme Shareholders (as defined in the Scheme) was delivered to the Registrar of Companies. On delivery of the Order, the Scheme became effective in accordance with its terms.
