Notice is hereby given that Gasrec is applying to Buckinghamshire Council for Hazardous Substances Consent for the construction of a new Natural Gas (Biomethane) Refuelling Station at Arla, Samian Way, Aston Clinton, HP22 5WJ. The application is submitted in respect of this new construction.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF during office hours from the 6th April to 24th April 2026.
The Hazardous Substances Authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent and will decide under what conditions to grant consent.
