LAND AT DEVONSIDE ROAD, CARMICHAEL
Carmichael Estate intends to submit a Planning Application to South Lanarkshire Council for a residential development at the land at Devonside Road, Carmichael.
A public exhibition outlining the potential extent and type of development for the site will be held on Tuesday 7th April 2026 between 4.00pm and 8.00pm at The Hideaway, Carmichael Estate Visitor Centre, Warrenhill Road, Carmichael, ML12 6PF. A second exhibition has also been organised for Tuesday 28th April 2026 at the same venue and time, and this will be advertised closer to the event.
A representative from DTA will be available to discuss the site, emerging proposals and respond to any queries or comments.
