PUBLIC NOTICE

Open Spaces Act 1906 – Management of Open Space

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting held on 17 February 2026, East Claydon Parish Council resolved pursuant to Section 10 of the Open Spaces Act 1906 to undertake the management and control as public open space of the following land:
The grassed area adjoining the willow tree at grid reference 51.9234565, -0.926566, in the Parish of East Claydon. A plan of the land is available to view on the Parish Council Website:

www.theclaydons.org



The Parish Council does not claim ownership of this land. The resolution relates solely to the management and maintenance of the land as public open space for the benefit of the local
community.

Any person who believes they have ownership of, or a legal interest in, the land is invited to contact the Parish Council within 28 days of the date of this notice.
