Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011

The Church Commissioners have authorised the publication of a draft Scheme providing for part of the churchyard of Fleetwood St Peter in the diocese of Blackburn to be transferred to the Blackburn Diocesan Board of Finance on behalf of the PCC for use for ecclesiastical purposes of the parish as an open space. You may see a copy of the draft Scheme at

or inspect it at the church. Large print and/or audio copies are available on request. Anyone may make representations for or against the draft Scheme by email to

or by post to Rex Andrew, Pastoral Division, Church Commissioners, Church House, Great Smith Street, London, SW1P 3AZ by midnight on Tuesday 5th May 2026. Copies of all of the representations received and associated correspondence will be published on our website if the matter needs to be considered by the Commissioners. See
