NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is currently considering the grant of a lease of the freehold interest in approximately 24 m²of land off Dudley Road Tipton shown edged red on Plan Number SAM//15380/005 a copy of which can be obtained upon request.
