NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF OPEN 
SPACE LAND LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 
1972 SECTION 123 (2A) LAND AT BRAYWICK 
PARK, MAIDENHEAD, BERKSHIRE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead intends to dispose of an area of land no greater than 6.13 acres by way of a lease for 999 years for the proposed use as a football ground with associated facilities at Braywick Park, Maidenhead, Berkshire which land forms part of an open space and is shown delineated edged red for identification purposes only on a plan and grant access rights over a proposed access which land also forms part of an open space and is shown edged brown for identification purposes only on the same plan.

The plan is available for inspection other than Bank Holidays between the hours 09:30am – 17:30pm Monday and Tuesday, 12:30pm - 17:30pm Wednesday, 11:00am– 19:00pm Thursday, 09:30am – 17.30pm Friday, 10:00am-16:00pm Saturday and 11:00am -14:00pm Sunday at the Maidenhead Library St Ives Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1RF and on the 
Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s website www.rbwm.gov.uk.

Objections to the intended disposal, details of which and those making them may be made public, must be made in writing and submitted to the Property Department, The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Town Hall, St 
Ives Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1RF or by email to property@rbwm.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on 10 April 2026.
