The Building (Local Authority Charges) regulations 2010
Notice is hereby given that a scheme of charges has been made under the above legislation laid before Parliament in February 2010. The scheme is for the purpose of the performance of functions of the Councils under Building Regulations and comes into effect on 1 April 2026.
The scheme replaces the existing Scheme of Charges and may be viewed at
Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HA
