What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER SECTION 121(2)
OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011

Sheffield City Council acting as Trustee of Firth Park (registered charity number 1104444) give notice that the Charity proposes to dispose by way of lease the property known as:

Part of Firth Park First Start building, 411 Firth Park Road, Sheffield,
S5 6HH

The property to be leased is held on designated charitable trust.

The lease will comprise the internal part of the building shown edged red on the attached plan together with the external area edged green. The lease will facilitate the continued use of the property by Cascade Multi Academy Trust for its nursery operation and will makes a positive contribution that is within the charitable objects of The Firth Park Charity.

Any member of the public wishing to make representations on the proposed disposal is invited do so by noon on 12th April 2026. Representations must be made to Property Services.
