NOTICE OF VARIATION
THE BOROUGH OF DACORUM
(CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES) ORDER 2020

NOTICE is hereby given that Dacorum Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements made under Section 19 Local Government Act 2000 and Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 with the Hertfordshire County Council, and in exercise of powers conferred on that County under Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 hereby gives notice that from Wednesday 1st April 2026, the charges for the various parking permits applicable to all permit bays in Zones A, B, C, D, F, G, H, J, K, O, R, S, T, and X within the Borough of Dacorum (unless otherwise specified below) will be amended as detailed in the Schedule below:

THE BOROUGH OF DACORUM (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES) ORDER 2020 will be varied in order to introduce these changes to the charges. No other changes to the Order will be made as part of this Notice of Variation.
