THE BOROUGH OF DACORUM
(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is hereby given that Dacorum Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements made under Section 19 Local Government Act 2000 and Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 with the Hertfordshire County Council, and in exercise of powers conferred on that County under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 hereby gives notice that from Wednesday 1st April 2026, the charge for the parking places eligible for the Water Gardens (North) Upper Deck Permit will be varied as set out in the Schedule below:

Water Gardens (North) Upper Deck Permit £40 £50
THE BOROUGH OF DACORUM (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020 will be varied in order to introduce these changes to the charges. No other changes to the Order will be made as part of this Notice of Variation.
