What is happening?
LEWES DISTRICT COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Section 30 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, Lewes District Council has set the following amounts of Council Tax for the year commencing 1 April 2026 for each of the categories of dwellings shown below in order to meet the requirements of the District Council, East Sussex County Council, Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner and East Sussex Fire Authority, together with additional amounts as appropriate to meet precepts by Parish and Town Councils.
