OPEN SPACE LAND
Notice is hereby given that Boston Borough Councils intends to grant a 25-year lease for the use as Sports and Recreation purposes of the following area of open space: Boston Town FC, land at Witham Way
Copies of the plans showing the position of the affected land may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours from Monday to Friday at the Council Offices, Municipal Buildings, West St, Boston PE21 8QR.
The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given.
Any objections to the intended lease must be made in writing and addressed to: Property Team, Boston Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West St, Boston PE21 8QR or by email to:
by no later than 12:00pm noon on 28th March 2026.
The grounds for any objection should be stated.
