STATUTORY NOTICE FOR REVOCATION OF TEMPORARY USE BAN SECTION 76B OF THE WATER INDUSTRY ACT 1991
South East Water gives notice that the Temporary Use Ban which has been in force since 18 July 2025 shall be removed on the 5 February at 12:01am, in its Kent and Sussex area of supply, as shown in the map below.
There shall be no restrictions on the use of a hosepipe from that date.
