WORTHING BOROUGH COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 Schedule 4 STREET TRADING CONSENT FEES

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 the Council has approved the following fees & charges in relation to the grant of consents for the purposes of street trading. If no objections are received these fees will come into force on 1 April 2026.

Objections to this resolution must be made in writing and include a brief statement of the grounds for the objection and must reach the Licensing Office by: 26 February 2026
