Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(2a)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to dispose of land off Musgrave Road, Crumpsall Road, Sheffield 5, which is considered to be open space.
This disposal is intended to facilitate the development of housing, including the provision of affordable housing where feasible.
A plan showing the land outlined in red can be inspected at Howden House, Union Street, Sheffield S1 2SH between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, clearly stating the grounds for objection no later than 19 February 2026.
