LAND AT UPPER CHURCH LANE TIPTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is currently considering the grant of a lease of the freehold interest in approximately 60 m² of land at Upper Church Lane Tipton shown edged red on Plan Number SAM/49640/010 a copy of which can be obtained upon request.
Any person wishing to comment on the proposed freehold disposal should send their comments in writing to:
