DISPOSAL OF LAND HELD FOR OPEN SPACE
LAND OFF PAINSWICK CLOSE WALSALL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is currently considering a disposal of the freehold interest in two parcels of land off Painswick Close Walsall as shown edged red on plan number SAM/36360/004 (approx. 340.4m²) and coloured pink on plan number SAM/36360/002 (approx. 2.2m²) to facilitate flood defences for National Grid.
