What is happening?
Land at Milton Youth and Community Centre, Milton Street, Fleetwood FY7 6QW – Disposal of Public Open Space
Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended)
Notice is given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) that Lancashire County Council, PO Box 100, County Hall, Preston PR1 0LD intend to dispose of an area of public open space at Milton Youth and Community Centre, Milton Street, Fleetwood FY7 6QW.
The area of public open space to be disposed of measures approximately 0.86 acres (0.35 hectares).
Requests for information of the proposed disposal of the public open space process can be made by calling 01772 532450 or by emailing
propertysales@lancashire.gov.uk.
Any objections or representations regarding the proposed disposal of the public open space at Milton Youth and Community Centre, Milton Street, Fleetwood FY7 6QW should be made in writing to The Head of Estates at Lancashire County Council, PO Box 100, County Hall, Preston PR1 0LD or emailed to
estates.admin@lancashire.gov.uk
and to be received no later than 5pm on Friday 13th February 2026. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
