On 5 January 2026, a petition was presented to Selkirk Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that USER FRIENDLY COMPUTING LIMITED, Riverside House, Ladhope Vale, Galashiels, TD1 1BT (registered office) (company registration number SC198693) be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator. All parties claiming an interest must lodge Answers with Selkirk Sheriff Court, Ettrick Terrace, Selkirk, TD7 4LE within 8 days of intimation, service and advertisement.
