NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is currently considering disposal of the freehold interest in approximately 35.1m² of land adjoining 258 Throne Road Rowley Regis shown edged red on Plan Number SAM/48120/010 a copy of which can be obtained upon request.
