NOTICE is hereby given under section 123 (1) (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that Mid Sussex District Council proposes to dispose of a parcel of open space land by way of a freehold disposal of 65 Pangdene Close, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9US under HM Land Registry title no WSX237213. A plan can be inspected at the Council’s office reception desk at Oaklands, Haywards Heath RH16 1SS during normal business hours which shows the approximate extent and locations of these proposed facilities, or is available by email from
or calling 01444 477577. Any person who wishes to object to this proposal should give their reasons in writing to me the undersigned by 12 noon 29th January 2026 quoting the reference below. Any objections received by that date will be considered by the District Council in deciding whether to proceed with the disposal.
