Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, that Ashfield District Council has proposed to vary the fees for the grant of a Hackney Carriage & Private Hire Dual Driver Licence, Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicle Licence, and a Private Hire Operator Licence as follows:

Any representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Ashfield District Council, Urban Road, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA or by email to:

- to be received within twenty-eight days from the date of the publication of the notice.
If no objections to the variation are made within twenty-eight days from the date of the publication of the notice, the variation shall come into effect.
