Notice is hereby given that on 4 December 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Kenny Fraser and Paul Kenneth Reid craving the Court inter alia that Trickle Data Insights Limited (Company Number SC567746) and having its registered office at Suite 2, Ground Floor, Orchard Brae House, 30 Queensferry Road, Edinburgh, EH4 2HS (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by First Deliverance dated 5 December 2025 appointed a copy of the Petition and the First Deliverance to be published on the SCTS website in lieu of the Walls of Court and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the Deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Scotsman newspaper and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh by email to:

within eight days after advertisement; in the meantime appointed Kevin Mapstone of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU as Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a period of three months unless otherwise extended or until the appointment of an interim liquidator of the said Company: all which notice is hereby given.
