What is happening?

(U113N KIRKBLAIN – HORSEHOLM) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close U113n at Kirkblane Farm, Dumfries from 0930 to 1530 on 19/12/25. The closure is necessary to facilitate BT poling works. No alternative route available. Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

Written comments may be made to Head of Economy and Development by email to Planning@dumgal.gov.uk or via the Council’s website, as noted above, by 26/12/25 (Type A)
