What is happening?
Extinguishment of Public
Rights of Way
Notice is hereby given that the Extinguishment
of Public Rights of Way Order No. 1 2025 at River
Terrace, Belfast applied for by the Northern Ireland
Housing Executive on 18th May 2025 to extinguish
the public rights of way over the lands described
therein has been approved without modification by
the Department for Communities and takes effect
from 24th September 2025.
A copy of the approved extinguishment order and
associated map may be inspected at the South
Belfast Local Office with their offices at the Public
Counter, the Housing Centre, 2 Adelaide Street,
Belfast, BT2 8PB.
