Weston-super-Mare Association Football Club Limited (the Company), the entity which operates WSM AFC, is holding a members meeting of the Company to make some important changes to its constitution (the Meeting). The details of the Meeting are below:
Date: 16 December 2025
Time: 16:00
Place: Optima Stadium, Winterstoke Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 9AA
Proposed business: Adoption of new articles of association.
