I GIVE NOTICE that David Wilson Homes — East Midlands is applying to Harborough District Council for outline planning permission for up to 80 dwellings including open space, play space, land for allotments, car parking, drainage, utilities connections, and the construction of a new access off London Road (access only to be considered)
The application is accompanied by an environmental statement and the proposed development:
a) does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relates is situated
b) affects the setting of a Listed Building
c) affects a public right of way
d) is a major development.
You can inspect the application and comment on-line using our website http://www.harborough.gov.uk/ planning. Alternatively, members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at the Council Offices of the Harborough District Council (The Symington Building, Adam and Eve Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7AG) during all reasonable office hours.
