Notice of intended disposal
Rock Park Pavilion and car park,
Llandrindod Wells (“the Property”)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Powys County Council intends to renew a lease of the Property for a term of 20 years and the Property may contain open space land.
A plan showing the location of the Property is available on request- please email bethan. jarman@powys.gov.uk or ffion.howarth@ powys.gov.uk or telephone 01597 826 182.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Clive Pinney, Head of Legal and Democratic Services (Monitoring Officer) at County Hall, Spa Road East, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5LG or to clive.pinney@powys.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on 31st December 2025.
