SECTION 123 (1) OPEN SPACE WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF PENDLE
LAND ADJOINING 67 VERNON STREET, NELSON, BB9 9DD
NOTICE is hereby given that The Borough Council of Pendle intends to grant a 5 year Underlease out of its leasehold interest in a piece of land adjoining 67 Vernon Street, Nelson, BB9 9DD containing approximately 105 square metres which is considered to be open space. The proposed Underlease is for the purpose of using the land as a community garden. A plan showing the location of the land edged red and referred to above is available for inspection during normal working hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Head of Legal & Democratic Services, The Borough Council of Pendle, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG or by email to
