DRAFT CLIMATE CHANGE PLAN
As per Section 16(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, the Scottish Government is now consulting on the documents relating to the draft Climate Change Plan.
The consultation and draft plan can be viewed at: https://consult.gov.scot/energy-and-climate-change-directorate/draft-climate-change-plan
The strategic environmental assessment environmental report can be viewed at: https://www.gov.scot/isbn/9781806433551
Opinions on the draft plan and the environmental report are now invited and can be submitted at the weblink above, by email to climatechangeplan@gov.scot or in writing to Climate Change Plan, Victoria Quay, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ by 29th January 2026.
