CO-OPERATIVE AND COMMUNITY BENEFIT SOCIETIES ACT 2014
Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 5 of the Act Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the registration of Hunstanton Heritage Pier Community Trust (Register no. 7591) is the registered office of 2 Clarence Road, Hunstanton, PE36 6EG at its request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability
incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
